Sometimes when the weather forecast isn’t agreeing with your Saturday morning mountain bike plans you have to get creative to out run the storms! We spent Saturday morning checking out the “new to us” trails at Tannery Knobs Mountain Bike Park in Johnson City, TN. This place is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone who is traveling in the area! The mountain bike park opened Summer 2019, so it’s still fairly new. It was built by IMBA Trail Solutions so you know it’s flowy, bermy, and well built! The park was created so all of the trails of every level start and finish at the parking lot and pump track at the top of the mountain which makes it super easy to navigate.
